Shotz Tours is run by professional photographer Olaf Reinen.

Originally from The Netherlands, but having grown up in New Zealand, a yearning to return to Europe was always in his heart.

So, in search of adventure and a warmer climate, Olaf moved to Santorini to enjoy the warm weather, the sunshine, the food, and of course the stunning scenery and architecture.

What better way to share this beautiful island than to combine his passion for photography and love of the Greek Islands and all they have to offer. That's how Santorini Photo Tours was born.

Olaf is a working professional photographer who specialises in weddings, portraits, and scenic photography. He is also a gifted teacher. So you will be learning all the tips and secrets to taking better photographs from a real professional - someone who walks the walk.

Olaf loves photography. There's no denying it.  But that's not all. He also loves to travel and explore new countries. He has now driven extensively in somewhere around 40 countries (and counting). He has also trained in off-road (4 wheel drive) terrain driving, completed an Anti-Skid training course, and is also a qualified Professional driver. Just for fun, he has also trained in close quarters combat training (for bodyguard protection services).  He also spends way too much time thinking about human behaviour and it's effect on how we photograph. And he loves spending time with his wife and son.

So join Olaf on an upcoming Photo Tour on the stunning Greek Islands, or any of the other stunning locations he visits. You'll learn how to take better pictures, get to see some more of this beautiful world, and maybe have some fun along the way. After all, that's what life should be about!

Final thought:

In my mind, what I do for a living should be a 'calling', rather than a job. If that is true, then I am called to photograph and to teach. I never feel like I am 'working' when I am doing these two things.

"And he has given him...     ...the ability to teach others."
